VP RACING PRESENTS WEEKEND WARRIOR RACING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP POWERED BY FASTRAK UPDATE – LULE HYRE CONTINUES LEAD IN $10,000 TO WIN FASTRAK NATIONAL POINTS CHASE

Richmond, KY – With the VP Racing presents Weekend Warrior Racing National Championship powered by FASTRAK Racing season in full swing, Luke Hyre of Rock Cave, WV, continues to hold on to the top spot, with a 16-point advantage over rookie Dave Loudin of Buckhannon, WV. Rounding out the top five in Weekend Warrior Racing National Championship points are Chandi Currance (261 points), Ronald Pyles ( 258 points), and Noah Whited (251 points). Sixth through tenth, respectfully, are Jeremy Pilkerton (246 points), Cory Cordial (243 points), Dalton Goode (194 points), Billy Hubbard ( 190 points), and Curtis Hughes ( 189 points).

Virginia Motor Speedway July 22, 2023 Recap: The speedway held Twin 15 lap features with Chuck Bowie of Welcome, MD, holding off Jeremy Pilkerton of Loveville, MD, for the victory in the first feature. In the second feature, Pilkerton would lose by a bumper to Nick Davis of Millsboro, DE, at the line but pick up the win when Davis was DQ’d for being light at the scales.
