VP RACING PRESENTS WEEKEND WARRIOR RACING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP POWERED BY FASTRAK UPDATE – LUKE HYRE REGAINS THE LEAD IN $10,000 TO WIN FASTRAK NATIONAL POINTS CHASE

Richmond, KY – With only a handful of races left in the VP Racing presents Weekend Warrior Racing National Championship powered by FASTRAK Racing season, Luke Hyre of Rock Cave, WV, regained the top spot in the national point standings with 398 points. Chandi Currance climbed into the second spot twenty-eight points back with 370 points. Last week’s national point leader Jeremy Pilkerton of Loveville, MD, had a weekend off and fell to third place with 361 points.

Rounding out the top five in Weekend Warrior Racing National Championship points are Noah Whited (352 points), and Dave Loudin (334 points).
Sixth through tenth, respectfully, are Ronald Pyles (326 points), Chad Green (287 points0, Cory Cordial (276 points), Dalton Goode (276 points), and Billy Hubbard (190 points).

Elkins Raceway August 12, 2023, Recap: A.J. Spagnuolo of Shinnston, WV, picked up the win over Chandi Currance of Clarksburg, WV. Track point leader Luke Hyre finished third.
