FASTRAK at Charlotte Motor Speedway postponed

The Bill Hicks Sr Memorial at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway has been postponed.

Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance and The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway have announced that the $2,500 to win Bill Hicks Sr. Memorial scheduled for May 23rd has been postponed. The postponement is a result of the continuing social distancing guidelines in North Carolina in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A rescheduled date will be announced once plans are finalized. The event will mark FASTRAK’s return to The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

“This is an event we are certainly looking forward to,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “We are already looking at rescheduling opportunities and will announce that once it is finalized.”

FASTRAK will be reaching out to drivers who have pre-entered for the Bill Hicks Sr. Memorial. Pre-registration will open back up once the rescheduling plans are announced. The FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance’s next event is currently slated for May 24th at Princeton Speedway, a$2,000 to win event.
